Marketing Decisions Using Social Media and GenAI

Description

Together with the company Respondelligent and Bern University of Applied Sciences (Prof. Thiemo Wambsganss), we are investigating how we can use social media data to support personalized marketing decisions for hotels and restaurants. You will examine the needs of hotels and restaurants and determine whether the AI-based tools developed by Bern University of Applied Sciences meet user requirements. Furthermore, you will work with Respondelligent to develop a service concept for the implementation of these tools.

This thesis is a great opportunity for anyone interested in combining marketing with AI. Strong German language skills are required for effective communication with users.
