Arbitrage - the exploitation of price discrepancies across different trading venues, serves as the basis of this thesis. The investigation centers on identifying and analyzing price disparities among decentralized exchanges (e.g., Uniswap, Curve) on selected Ethereum roll-ups (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync Era), identifying the factors contributing to such variations, such as technical limitations, MEV auctions or bridge constraints.
