Abstract: 

The lecture gives an overview of the management of information systems and typical applications in companies.

The following topics are samples of the content of the course:

Information Systems, Organisation and Strategy.
Application systems. Integrated Information Processing. E-Commerce.
Ethical issues. Business Intelligence and Analytics. Knowledge Management and Decision Support. IT - Security

The course is complemented with practical use cases that the students must work out as group work and present during the module.

Theoretical and practical introduction to programming decentralized applications on the most popular blockchain protocols.

Grading:
- 30% Assignments: Final Assignment must have more than 50% of correct answers.
- 70% Final written exam onsite on 21 June 2024 (10:00-12:00)
