Responsibilities
- Operational management of the Department of Informatics
- Personnel management for the administrative and technical team
- Support of the Head of the Department and the Management Committee
- Preparation and monitoring of the departemental budget, rolling financial and professorship planning, calculation of financial forecasts
- Preparation of reports (including the annual academic report to the UZH Board and the financial reports)
- Monitoring and allocation of rooms
