Susanne Schmidt-Rauch joined IMRG in June 2007 as research assistant and PhD
student. She holds a diploma in Computational Visualistics from the
University "Otto von Guericke" of Magdeburg, Germany.
From March 2009 to
August 2011 she was the project leader of "Travel Advisory 2.0". Topics in
that context are intersections of Information Systems Research,
Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Computer-supported
Collaborative Work (and learning), Information Visualization (minor) and
Marketing Science (minor). The travel agency of the future contains a
collaborative re-formulation of the consultation situation into a value
co-creation service providing a comprehensive customer experience in front
of a touch-sensitive screen. Design and development have been driven by user
participation (user-centered design).
Susanne was a teaching assistant for
Information Management, CSCW and "Informatik für Ökonomen III/Informatik im
Unternehmen". She has reviewed for HICSS, CRIWG, MKWI and INTERACT.
