Introduce paper (~3min) and moderate discussion (~20mins);
Hand in a moderation plan (at most 1 page) by Sunday (day before) as a pdf (LastnameFirstname_Mod_date.pdf), stating in particular what you want to focus on in the discussion and how you want to try and include everyone in the discussion, e.g. open questions, break-out groups and summary back to all.

Discuss which problem are they trying to address, how are they tackling the problem, how do they evaluate their approach, what are the challenges, what are their strengths / shortcomings / contributions ...
Share your opinions, ideas and thoughts, ask questions about the work, see what others thought, listen and speak actively, look for contributions not just flaws in reading
