Select New Submission and enter your personal details.
Then scroll down until you see the section Title, Abstract and Other Information
Enter the title of your response paper in the format "ResponsePaper_Week**" (see 1.), enter an abstract if you have one, else enter "Sample Abstract." (see 2.). Then upload your response paper (see 3.) and submit (see 4.).
