The Department of Informatics has moved: From September 1, 2026 on, the BIM bulilding at Binzmühlestrasse 11 is the new home of the department. Professor Glinz is in room 4-019 on the 4th floor above ground..

Finding your way from the Zurich Oerlikon train station

The fastest way is as follows: After arrival in Zurich Oerlikon, enter the platform between tracks 2 and 3. Walk eastbound on the left side of that platform to its very end (make sure that track 3 is always on your left). There, take a fleet of stairs that lead you down to the street level. Make sure that you always walk straight along the train tracks, passing a highrise building on your right – do not take the stairs to the right.  On the  street level, walk straight to the end of the driveway. Turn bare right into Binzmühlestrasse. After about 100 m, you reach our department on the right side of Binzmühlestrasse.
