My current research interest is in the fields of mining API usage, understanding API evolution practices and their impact and language feature adoption. Most of my work till date has involved mining of API usage from open source repositories, conducting empirical studies on usage data and qualitative studies. Overall my aim to improve the understanding of how APIs are used and employ this knowledge in improving developer practices regarding API usage.
I am a PhD student in the Software Engineering Research Group at the Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. I completed my Masters in 2015, where I did my masters thesis on mining API usages under the supervision of Dr. Alberto Bacchelli at the Delft Univerity of Technology. Prior to that in 2013 I graduated my BSc with honors at the Delft University of Technology and did my Bachelor thesis on cloud scaling under the supervision of Dr. Alexandru Iosup.
