My research focus is on software coupling metrics and their practical application. My primary interest is investigating how coupling relations can be used to improve code review, code smells detection, and change prediction techniques. Other of my research interests include Just-In-Time bug prediction and code review efficiency.
I am an Italian Ph.D. student in Software Engineering at the University of Zurich, within the Zurich Empirical Software Engineering Team (ZEST).
I have obtained my Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Delft University of Technology in 2018, with a thesis on automatically ordering code changes for code review. Prior to that, I studied Engineering of Computing Systems at Politecnico di Milano, where I received my Bachelor's degree in 2016.
