Research Interests

My research focus is examining the work process and human factors in Code Review. I am particularly interested in factors on the side of the author and reviewer, which make the Code Review more efficient, such as cognitive abilities of the actors, personality, communication patterns, conflicts, working environment or the organizational infrastructure and management.

Short Biography

I am a psychologist from Czech Republic. I have received my Master’s and Bachelor’s degree at Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Even though my educational background is rather focused on Work and Organizational Psychology, as a Research Assistant at the Department of Psychology, I grew close to the topics of Human-Computer Interaction and the role of ICT in human life. I worked on topics like online risky behavior, role of ICT in Eating Disorders development and treatment or identity exploration in MMORPGs.
