The cloud computation markets are still growing fast as more and more enterprises shift from internal data centers to cloud providers. The increased flexibility, reduced overhead and outsourced risk make further growth in the future a likely scenario. While the technological aspects of the cloud have gotten a lot of attention over the years, few papers worked on ways to sell the processing power to customers efficienty.

In this talk we will present some interesting research questions of that area as well as some preliminar results for the revenue of a Spot Market build solely from idle resources.
