DESRIST 2019: Best Paper Award 2019

The Vinton Cerf Best Paper Award goes to Liudmila Zavolokina, Noah Zani, and Gerhard Schwabe for their study «Why Should I Trust a Blockchain Platform? Designing for Trust in the Digital Car Dossier». Congratulations!

DESRIST 2019 Paper Award

Trust is a crucial component for successful transactions. Liudmila Zavolokina, Noah Zani, and Gerhard Schwabe examine how trust-supporting design elements may be implemented to foster user's trust in a blockchain platform. Following the design science paradigm they suggest a useful set of design elements. This set can help designers of blockchain platforms to build more trustworthy systems.

DESRIST 2019, the 14th International Conference on Design Science Research in Information Systems and Technology, was held in Worcester (US).
