2. Open Topics for Master Theses (Diplomarbeiten)
Please note: There are no ready-made term or diploma projects. The list
below just indicates which type of diploma projects I shall supervise.
Projects are developed jointly with students, and posissibly with industrial
partners. Students are encouraged to propose further subjects by themselves.
Please also take a look at the diploma projects
and term projects which I have (co-)supervised in the
last two years. This might give you an idea about possible topics and possible
co-operations, if you are interested to write a Master thesis or to do
a term project.
Note that subtopics of the topics listed below may be chosen as topics
of term projects.
There are three types of Master Theses:
-
theses according to PO 95: approximately 875 hours in 6 months
-
6-months-theses according to APS (PO 01): approximately 750 hours in 6

-
4-months-theses according to APS (PO 01): approximately 500 hours in 4
months
Further, there are two types of term projects
-
term projects according to PO 95: approximately 275 hours, no deadline;
-
