IntrinsicPlasticity

Intrinsic plasticity is when properties with the scope of whole neurons change. Often the changes are activity-dependent. Think SynapticPlasticity, but not synapse-specific.

Intrinsic plasticity is often found to be functioning as HomeostaticPlasticity.
