Jonas got his bachelor's degree from the University of Zurich in 2009 and completed his master's thesis at ZPAC, developing tools to facilitate the organization of affinity notes. His work was supervised by Gunnar Harboe.

Aside the university, Jonas is a passionate photographer and enjoys traveling around the world.
