    A recent article in IEEE Software lists Martin Glinz among the five top authors in Requirements Engineering in the past ten years, together with Jane Cleland-Huang, Xavier Franch, Eric Knauss, and John Mylopoulos.

    A paper by Martina Kolpondinos and Martin Glinz has been published by Springer in the journal Requirements Engineering (REJ).

     

  • Paper published in Software and Systems Modeling journal

    A paper by Dustin Wüest, Norbert Seyff and Martin Glinz has finally appeared in a volume of Springer’s Software and Systems Modeling (SoSyM) journal.

     

  • Paper published in Information and Software Technology journal

    A paper by Sofija Hotomski and Martin Glinz has been published by Elsevier in the journal Information and Software Technology (IST).

     

  • RE'20 will be held in Zurich

    RE'20, the 28th IEEE International Requirements Engineering Conference, will be held August 31 – September 4, 2020 in Zurich.

  • Six papers from RERG members published at RE’18

    Several contributions authored or co-authored by RERG members have been published and presented at RE'18, the 26th IEEE International Requirements Engineering Conference, held on August 20-24, 2018 in Banff, Alberta, Canada.

     

  • We have won the REFSQ 2018 Best Paper Award

    Sofija Hotomski, Eya Ben Charrada and Martin Glinz have won the Best Paper Award at REFSQ 2018 for their paper “Keeping Evolving Requirements and Acceptance Tests Aligned with Automatically Generated Guidance”.

  • Two RERG contributions accepted for ICSE 2018

    The two papers we had submitted to the ICSE 2018 SEIS and Demonstrations Tracks have been accepted.

  • Martin Glinz receives the Most Influential Paper Award at RE’17

    At RE’17, the 25th IEEE International Requirements Engineering Conference, Martin Glinz received the Most Influential Paper Award for his paper “On Non-Functional Requirements” which he had published ten years ago at RE’07 in Delhi, India.

  • We have won a Best Poster and Tool Demo Award at RE’17

    Our poster “Choosing Requirements for Experimentation with User Interfaces of Requirements Modeling Tools” has won a best poster and research demo award at RE’17, the 25th IEEE International Requirements Engineering Conference.

  • Martin Glinz retires by July 31, 2017

    Martin Glinz is retiring from office. July 31, 2017 is his last official day as a professor of Informatics at UZH. However, as a professor emeritus, he will continue to be active in research, teaching and services.

  • Forty Years of Requirements Engineering -- Looking Forward and Looking Back (RE@40)

    Martin Glinz, Xavier Franch and Roel Wieringa are organizing a one-week seminar on April 24-28, 2017 which will bring together both senior and junior experts in Requirements Engineering from all over the world to discuss achievements, challenges and a roadmap into the future of RE.

  • Martin Glinz wins the RE Conference Lifetime Service Award 2016

    Martin Glinz has won the RE Conference Lifetime Service Award 2016 for “visionary leadership and ongoing service to the community”. The award was presented to him at RE'16 in Beijing.

  • Martin Glinz wins the ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Service Award 2016

    Martin Glinz has won the ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Service Award 2016. The award presentation ceremony took place at ICSE 2016 in Austin, Texas.

  • Three RERG papers accepted for RE'16

    Three papers authored by RERG members have been accepted for RE'16, the 24th IEEE International Requirements Engineering Conference.

    With the demo of the StakeCloud tool which we presented at RE 2015 we have won the Best Tool Demonstration Award.

    With the video about FLEXISKETCH TEAM which we demonstrated at ICSE 2015 we have won the Best Demonstration Video Award.
