The Computation and Economics Research Group was founded by Prof. Dr. Sven Seuken in September 2011. Our research lies at the intersection of computer science and economics with a focus on the design and analysis of electronic markets and market-based systems. We use theoretical modeling, analysis and design techniques from microeconomics and computer science, complemented by simulations, as well as lab and field experiments. For more details, please see our publications.
